Chief Financial Officer Full Time

An international, private-equity-backed business operating across multiple jurisdictions is seeking to appoint a Group Chief Financial Officer.

This appointment represents a critical leadership role within a complex, scaled organisation at a pivotal point in its evolution. The successful individual will operate as a true Board-level partner, providing financial authority, strategic judgement, and disciplined execution across a geographically diverse footprint.

The role encompasses full accountability for financial strategy, performance, liquidity, governance, and investor engagement.

Indicative Profile

• Senior CFO with demonstrable experience at Group level
• Track record within PE-backed environments, ideally through to transaction or exit
• Direct exposure to Series B or equivalent growth-stage capital structures
• Experience operating across multiple international markets
• Involvement in M&A and strategic transactions
• Background within B2B, technology-led, or data-driven businesses preferred
• Comfortable operating at Board and shareholder level
