Chief Financial Officer Full Time

Clean Nutra is one of the fastest-growing health and wellness companies in the world — processing over 15,000+ daily orders, running 200+ SKUs across multiple channels (Amazon, TikTok, Shopify, Meta), and scaling toward $200 million+ in annual revenue.

We’re searching for a Chief Financial Officer to take full control of Clean Nutra’s financial operations — building real-time visibility into performance, implementing forecasting and cash-flow systems, and turning fragmented financial data into actionable insight that drives profit, precision, and predictability across every channel.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth, Co-CEOs, and Operations teams to ensure daily profitability and financial clarity across the business. This role is central to Clean Nutra’s mission of becoming the most efficient and data-driven supplement company in the world.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Intelligence

• Build a real-time financial intelligence system that provides daily P&L visibility across Amazon, TikTok, Meta, and Shopify.
• Integrate QuickBooks, Cin7, SellerBoard, and other data systems into one unified view.
• Design and implement automated reporting dashboards for COGS, gross margin, and contribution margin by SKU and channel.
• Manage all financial data pipelines, reconciliations, and variance reporting.
• Implement tight financial controls, policies, and automation to support high transaction volume.

Forecasting & Cash Flow

• Create a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast and weekly financial health reports.
• Develop dynamic forecasting models that simulate marketing spend, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and inventory cycles.
• Predict and plan cash needs for inventory, logistics, marketing, and R&D.
• Identify and mitigate financial risk before it impacts operations.

Team & Systems Development

• Build a hybrid finance team:
  • In-house senior leadership (Controller, FP&A Analyst, Finance Ops Manager)
  • Offshore bookkeeping and accounting support staff for daily tasks and reconciliations
• Bring bookkeeping and accounting operations in-house under your leadership.
• Manage month-end closes, reconciliations, and compliance with speed and accuracy.
• Oversee integration between finance, operations, and marketing to ensure every dollar is tracked and optimized.

Profitability & Growth

• Own the full profitability stack — from top-line performance to EBITDA.
• Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to connect ad spend, ROAS, and retention directly to net profit.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to optimize COGS, payment terms, and working capital.
• Develop scenario models for pricing, subscriptions, and new product launches.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly profitability reports for leadership review.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of financial leadership experience (CFO, VP of Finance, or Director of FP&A) in CPG, eCommerce, or high-volume retail.
• Deep understanding of Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop economics — including contribution margin and channel profitability.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Cin7, ERP integrations, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience implementing daily or weekly financial dashboards for high-velocity businesses.
• Proven ability to build and lead hybrid finance teams (domestic + offshore).
• Strong analytical and communication skills — able to translate complex data into simple executive decisions.
