The role:
This role is for a dynamic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will work as part of our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy of our rapidly scaling creative events business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will oversee the entire finance function, including cash flow management, financial planning, forecasting, credit control, commercial finance, budgeting, accounts receivable and payable, as well as international compliance. Beyond the day-to-day financial operations, you will be responsible for analysing our financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing innovative, actionable solutions to propel the business forward.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable expertise in financial leadership, international compliance and tax knowledge, stakeholder management/ communication and strong operational agility. You will be used to working an environment where you present succinct and accurate budgets and monthly financials into the board and leaders. Position Type: Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Shepherd’s Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
