An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a high-growth technology business with a turnover of £100m+. This innovative company is scaling rapidly and requires a strategic financial leader to help guide it through a period of transformation, including developing relationships with banks/funders, managing working capital, forward planning and preparing for an exit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.
- Lead and advise on exit strategies.
- Strengthen financial processes and reporting to support business growth and investment readiness.
- Forward planning and management of working capital.
- Work alongside the owners to drive commercial success and operational efficiencies.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and funders.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Director/CFO in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
- Expertise in M&A, exits, and fundraising, with a track record of successfully guiding companies through these processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change at a senior level.
- Excellent financial acumen, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking.
- A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
