We are pleased to have an opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Board.
As one of two new permanent Executive Director appointments, this role will be reporting to our Director General and will see you accountable for developing and delivering RBLs financial strategy and performance.
RBL is a leading UK charity with income of c.£150m and a strong Balance sheet with investments and property holdings. You will be responsible for all financial policy and practice and for providing expertise and assurance to the Board of Trustees on financial management and compliance. You will lead and develop our teams across Finance, Property, Procurement, Legal, Risk and Assurance.

You will be contracted to our London Haig House Hub. Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues, but with a minimum expectation of two days/week connecting directly face-to-face with colleagues at the hub.
