We are establishing a new B2B Online Reputation Management (ORM) company and seeking a Managing Director to oversee its operations. Over the past few years, we have developed strong relationships with providers who can enhance reputation across multiple platforms. We are now confident in our ability to deliver high-quality ORM services both to our own products and external clients, helping them improve their online image and address reputation challenges.
The Managing Director will be responsible for daily operations management, sales leadership, business execution, and building a world-class team. The company will operate as a full-service ORM provider, specializing in SEO optimization, review management, public relations, and reputation strategy.
In this role, you will build and lead a team focused on sales development, external client engagement, contract negotiations, and service delivery to third parties. This is an opportunity to develop a comprehensive ORM operation serving both internal products and external clients, while establishing strong client relationships across the industry.
Profit Share
This role comes with the profit share incentive and stock option that is quite generous for this role, more details would be shared at the interview.

About you
We seek a dynamic, hands-on leader with extensive B2B experience, particularly in agency leadership (preferably in advertising, online reputation management, or similar service-based organizations). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and relationship building, while excelling at driving growth and innovation. They must demonstrate a deep understanding of product development, marketing strategies, and growth initiatives.
In this role, you will lead all departments, focusing on executing strategic initiatives and optimizing company-wide performance. The position requires proven abilities in team management, delivering results and engaging deeply with operational aspects of the business. These qualities will be essential in steering our company toward continued success.
