At Horizons Education Trust, we are dedicated to empowering some of the most exceptional young people in our society. Serving three Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) academies across four sites in Cambridgeshire, we are committed to providing tailored educational experiences that help every child reach their full potential. Our learners, who face complex challenges, show us the incredible things that are possible when they are understood, supported, and nurtured.
We are at a transformative moment in our journey, with a renewed leadership focus and growing ambition. Horizons Education Trust is more than just a group of academies – it is a community driven by care, aspiration, and the belief that every child deserves a chance to thrive. With your leadership, we can continue to build on our successes and strengthen our foundation for the future.

Your role will involve:
· Leading the trust’s growth and evolution in a way that remains true to our core mission of supporting vulnerable young people.
· Setting a clear vision and strategy for the trust’s future.
· Empowering and inspiring your Executive Team to deliver exceptional results.
· Building strong partnerships with stakeholders and the communities we serve.
· Advocating for SEND education and ensuring the voice of our learners is heard at all levels.
This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people, helping to shape a brighter, more inclusive future for those who need it most.
