Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Full Time

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations of the Primary Healthcare Center. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will play a pivotal role in setting the strategic direction and ensuring the organization meets its goals and objectives. The CEO will lead a team of executives including the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Medical Officer (CMO), delegating responsibilities to ensure seamless operations across all departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services to the community. The CEO will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among staff, while also building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners. This position requires a dynamic individual who can navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and patient care. A Masters Degree in Health Care with a minimum of 5 years of nonprofit health care experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role within the healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Strategic thinker with a track record of successful organizational growth
• Ability to make critical decisions and solve complex problems
• Experience working with a Board of Directors and other key stakeholders
