Qualifications, skills, and attributes
The Council is seeking a visionary leader who has a working history that demonstrates a strong background in leadership of complex organisational operations, strategic financial management, agile and innovative thinking, advanced communication and relationship skills both internally and externally, environmental stewardship, and a very strong commitment to public participation in the Council’s decision-making processes, ensuring that policies and initiatives reflect the needs and desires of the community.
