ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
Founded in the early 1970s, the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence of the San Fernando Valley (NCADD-SFV) is a non-profit community-based organization dedicated to providing multiple levels of substance-use disorder (SUD) outpatient treatment services to those in need of recovery, as well as education and prevention services to schools and the community regarding the disease of alcoholism and drug dependence/abuse and the negative effects abuse/addiction has on the individual, their family, and their community.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) oversees all aspects of the organization, including strategic planning, financial stewardship, corporate operations, human resources, fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. Other key responsibilities include fundraising, grant solicitation, marketing, and community outreach. The CEO will lead a team of approximately 30 staff members. This position is a full-time leadership role responsible for ensuring the organization’s mission and vision are achieved while maintaining financial and operational excellence. CEO candidates will have experience with LA County Medi-Cal and federal Medicare programs and funding streams related to substance abuse treatment programming.

Salary Range is $120,000–$130,000. The position is an in-office/hybrid position in Van Nuys, CA. A competitive benefits package is offered, including health, dental, and life insurance fully covered by NCADD-SFV for the employee; a 401(k) plan with employer contributions; and paid time off.
