Chief Executive Officer Full Time

Role Overview: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide visionary leadership, overseeing all operations to ensure SPOTLIGHTGB LTD’s continued growth and success. The CEO will be responsible for defining strategic direction, developing business initiatives, and building partnerships to drive revenue and expand the client base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with goals.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business growth.
• Lead the team in achieving high standards in project delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue targets.
• Identify market opportunities and strategies for company expansion.
• Ensure financial stability by managing budgets and assessing business performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of strategic planning, business development, and team leadership.
• Exceptional communication and decision-making skills.
