Chief Executive Officer Full Time

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ColoVAX LLC, you will be responsible for leading our public health/primary care company with an annual revenue of $2 million. You will provide strategic direction, oversee operations, and drive growth to ensure the success and sustainability of the organization.

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Lead and manage a team of executives and staff to ensure efficient operations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, patients, partners, and regulatory agencies
• Monitor financial performance and make decisions to optimize profitability
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations to make informed decisions
• Represent the company in public forums and industry events to enhance visibility and reputation

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar healthcare executive leadership role
• Strong understanding of public health and primary care industries
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
