This would ensure broad access to FAIR data through a minimum number of data access nodes with careful consideration of the needs of target end users, including industry. Bespoke tools for interrogating the data generated by the FGx (e.g. transcriptomic data, epigenomic data, imaging data) should be developed through open APIs, including consideration given to how best support high performing data analysis.
The role requires an extensive understanding of, and senior level expertise in data management practice, and . You will also lead the development of a public-facing data access portal that will interface with curated datasets hosted externally (e.g. EBI).
