The Senior Vice President, Chief Brand Officer (CBO) is an executive leader accountable for driving the growth, value, and integrity of the Valvoline brand across global markets. As the steward of brand equity, the CBO oversees brand strategy, corporate communications, customer experience, and global marketing alignment to enhance awareness, engagement, and loyalty. This role ensures brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints while delivering measurable business results in support of the company’s long-term objectives.
