The BIA Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for providing services to BIA and the BAC chair (QA), enabling the effective and efficient running of BIA as a Function and Third Line of Defence. The BIA COO provides global leadership of the following activities:

To manage the Internal Audit department and set the strategic direction. Provide support to the bank’s senior management team, and to manage Internal Audit risk across the organization.
